The KNS series intelligent motor type soft starter is a new type of starting equipment that adopts power electronics technology, microprocessor technology, and modern control theory technology and is currently internationally advanced. This product can effectively limit the starting voltage of asynchronous motors during startup, and can be widely used in heavy-duty equipment such as fans, water pumps, conveyors, and compressors. operational principle
The main circuit of the KNS series intelligent motor soft starter adopts a thyristor reverse parallel connection and is connected in series to the stator circuit of the AC motor. By utilizing the electronic switch function of thyristors, the conduction angle of thyristors is changed through the trigger angle change of the microprocessor controller, thereby changing the input voltage of the motor to achieve the goal of controlling the soft start of the motor. After the startup is completed, the output of the soft starter reaches the rated voltage, which controls the three-phase bypass contactor KM to close and put the motor into operation in the power grid.
