Overview of high-voltage frequency converter operation and maintenance business

At present, there are nearly ten thousand sets of high-voltage inverters of various brands both domestically and internationally operating online. After the warranty period, the maintenance cost remains high, and some manufacturers even go bankrupt and cannot provide maintenance and spare parts. After several years of use, the equipment cannot be upgraded in a timely manner, resulting in low efficiency. Some imported brands have been plagued by issues such as maintaining dominant clauses, which have been bothering users.

In response to the market situation, Shiyi Electric has organized technical personnel to establish a maintenance team that is compatible with major domestic and foreign brands of high-voltage frequency converters after several years of technical research. We aim to reduce user maintenance costs and provide comprehensive service concepts, and undertake various high-voltage frequency converter maintenance services externally.

There are five sections for operation and maintenance business to choose from:

1. Deep maintenance

Regular and in-depth maintenance of equipment can reduce faults caused by environmental factors, identify hidden dangers, extend equipment service life, and improve equipment production efficiency.

2. Component replacement

Replacement services for faulty components, such as power units, main control systems, and various boards. Our spare parts warehouse reserves vulnerable spare parts for high-voltage frequency converters from major brands for users to choose from all year round.

3. Equipment 4S service

Sign a maintenance contract with the customer for one year or a certain period, and we will regularly maintain the equipment as needed to reduce the failure rate of online operating frequency converters, so that the frequency converters can receive regular maintenance and ensure the safe and normal operation of the user's equipment.

4. Upgrade of the main control system

Provide value-added services for mid-term life extension technology upgrades and renovations in response to the inability of old equipment functions to meet existing requirements, as well as overall performance degradation and reduced equipment reliability. Fully utilize the main components with long lifespan in the original equipment for optimization, redesign, and remanufacturing, so that old equipment can regain the reliability and functionality of new equipment, extend its service life, reduce equipment renovation costs, and achieve the goal of increasing equipment efficiency.

5. Device hosting services

If the user has a certain number of online devices, they can adopt the device hosting service mode. We sign an equipment maintenance contract with the user for one year or a certain period, and dispatch technical personnel to reside on the user's site. According to actual needs, we establish a commonly used spare parts warehouse to monitor and maintain the equipment for a long time, ensuring the safety and normal operation of the equipment.
